This might be a stupid question but have you tried printing it on a local
printer to see if it matches the version from the remote printer or if it
matches the ACS screen? That might at least give you a clue as to which
version is broken.
Other than that, I can't help on the hardware side. :(

Subject: AFP document translation
Hello all,
I'm wondering if anyone out there has any experience with an issue I'm
currently experiencing. We are printing an AFP document to a Toshiba
multi-function printer. This printer is located in one of our plants, which
is on the other side of the country from our location. I'm needing to make
some modifications to it, so as you can imagine, it's a lot of trial and
error. I've had someone at the location where the printer is physically
print the document and take a picture of it and send it to me. You can
probably see where this is headed - the actual printed image and what I can
view via the AFP viewer or through ACS do not look the same. There are
small differences in location of fields, so it makes trying to line things
up properly really frustrating. Has anyone found some way to view an AFP
spool file in a way that reliably mimics what actually prints? My guess is
that there are as many different ways that it prints as there are devices
that it prints on. Any info on this wo uld be MOST appreciated. Thanks!
