I would bet lunch & drinks it's using IFSFile from JTOpen. Which is slow.

An RFE for ACS to check for the fastest protocol available to
transfer would be a good idea. Since not every machine has the Open Source
stack installed and configured, you cannot assume ssh/scp is available.


If SSH is not available, there's not much JTOpen offers other than IFSFile.
Its FTP is a horror.
