From what I recall, no. You can get exit points on commands when they are
initiated, but not when a file is done. But, I would look through the FTP
server exit point docs as that possibly could be updated.

What I used to do was use my FTPTOOL software and monitor for uploads, then
when that happened I would submit a job with a delay to run the command
when the delay was over.

To save modifying hundreds of programs, if there were something like an
exit point that can tell me the transmission is complete, I could then call
a program to read the log and advise if there is a failure.
