hello Brad,

We started using using it about a month ago. I have homegrown (java) mail client on iseries that sends mail via office 365. Have not experianced any issues except a timeout once in a while in which i do a resend. I dont monitor the office 365 side at all. Was just given user/password/port to send.

Not sure if that helped at all.

I believe what is happening is Microsoft is updating their server farm with
new certs and if you hit one of these and aren't up on PTFs there may be
some issues with the cert itself and/or new ciphers in use.

Always seems to happen with MS every couple years... not GMail.. (although
GMail has forgotten to renew their certificates before... lol)
