I would suggest re-compiling the RPG if you haven't already done so.

Perhaps you'll see some compile errors now, that weren't there before. IBM
has been known to "tighten up" the rules, breaking stuff that shouldn't
have been work but was.

Other than that, IBM's probably going to have to provide your answer.

Over the weekend, we applied PTF's to our system and now one of our SQL
statements is failing. It had been over 2 years since we had applied PTF's.
The errors I see in the job log are:

QDT Array List maximum exceeded!.
Internal failure occurred in query processor.
SQL system error.
Environment prevented creation of one or more SQL service dump spooled
files. Reason code 1.

The SQL statement covers about 300 lines in the RPG program. Anyone else
see anything like this? I have opened a case with IBM.
