You know how many times I've been asked to remove track/trace on the default Apache server that nobody uses? Pen test tools used are far more effective if someone has knowledge of IBM i.

Not being negative on anyone but these penetration companies know a lot more about what hackers would try to get into your system than the average IT manager does.
And, at least to my experience, they tend to list irrelevant "holes" to make the report appear big, your system to appear very insecure, and to appear to have done a lot of work, so the management is pleased about the bucks well spent.
