I need this for result columns that are built in the query, so I don't
think Content Assist can help. Mousing over the column headings does give
the Type and Precision, which is perfect. Thank you

If you use Content Assist, the list can have all the information for the
columns you get in that list.
I believe I've also seen that information when I hover over a column - I
am not at a system right now, so not sure. And there are settings to
control how much you see.
