I finally managed to get most stuff in order to release my efforts in SFL programming to the public.

I'm always interested in feedback and probable enhancements. But please, always keep in mind, that:
- This is a hobbyist project. The code should compile on V4 and probably earlier, for enabling other hobbyists to have some real application(s) to make actual use of their machines.
- This is a basic template. It is not supposed to have all possible bells and whistles. See todos.txt for missing stuff. Also, showing messages in the message line with more than one Opt-Selection isn't optimal. Besides that, I hope I've catched most bugs in the course of the last months.
- This is supposed to be usable (and giving a nice viewing experience) on other displays than iACS and CA400. This includes true twinax terminals like the 3477 family. Sorry, Booth. ;-)
