But it's not a "service"; it's Tomcat. And even if Tomcat were running
as a "service" (I wasn't even aware that there was such a thing in
OS/400), that probably wouldn't forcibly close dangling connections on
the port, given that shutting down Tomcat, either by sending it a
shutdown or by forcibly ending the job, doesn't kill dangling connections.
