Attempting to create a new V7R4 LPAR via network install.
C2004130 - Not finding a valid load source.
Not sure if missing a V7R3 PTF on source system, VLAN issue, IPs used on the CHGSYSSTATE, or something else.
On the HMC, I created virtual Ethernet, one on the source, one on the new, both set to VLAN 11.
Last time I did one of these was back 2012 on a P7 creating a new V7R1 client.
Below are the steps run on the source LPAR holding the V7R4 image catalog.
