Start the apachedft web server, move your pdf to the
/www/apachedft/htdocs

on your browser and go to http://myserver/mypdf

STRTCPSVR SERVER(*HTTP) HTTPSVR(APACHEDFT)

Replace myserver with the name or ip from your ibm, and mypdf with the
name you copied.
