I did some quick "grep"ing thru the file and it appears as though the WScript is from the ACS product code. most probably the PTF associated with the distribution of the ACS 1.1.8.4 IMAGE PTF

Why IBM (still) uses ActiveX stuff is beyond me. I thought that ActiveX is a dead technology, like Flash? I'm anything else but a Windows guy, so I don't judge too much.
