Adding more info.

I am getting this between 2 LPAR's.
password level is 0 on both LPAR's.

Anyone used the WRKFCNUSG command. I found a reference to it, but don't
see how that would impact the authentication.

here is the script.

Been using FTP for years and today I am being rejected and I cannot see
why.

My profile is active and its the same ID and password on both ends.

I found references to a bad jobs on Google but they are good.

My profile is now at *SECOFR and I have *allobj.

Can anyone assist with this issue?
