Error MSGCO1048 starting ACS management open Source

Hi all

When i try to start ACS management open Source i receive this error :

MSGCO1048 - A timeout or firewall block occurred while trying to connect to
IBM i

Cannot communicate with the server Cannot communicate with the server. You
may need to run "STRTCPSVR *SSHD" to start the server job.

I have tried to run STRTCPSVR *SSHD but not solved the problem ..

Can some help me ?
