The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Probably V7R2 and above.
I installed on a V7R3 instance.
I believe IBM stopped supporting V7R1 for the latest open source packages
You might have to install on Windows or Linux.
