PTF fix central broken!?

Hi, I find two tweets:

1-PTF ordering on fix central has been broken for at least 2 weeks (some requesite PTF are not included). Any ETA for a fix, any communication about the problem?

2-Critical defect detected on Fix Central. The setting "Include prerequisites and co-requisite fixes" ignored now during PTFordering. As a result, the logical integrity of the packet is corrupted. This will be detected when trying to load a package for apply.

Someone knows something about it?
