Thank you. I can easily recreate my issue.
I'm hoping the link I sent him to open ports needed for QNTC will be sufficient. If not, I'll fall back to that.

History:
"Someone" said we had to lock down ports from our DMZ to our internal machine.
We had QNTC running from a DMZ lpar to one PC based server.
Network guy said, at the time, he monitored all ports/IP addresses used by tracing comm for a period of time and opening those while closing most everything else.
Today I gave him what used to work, what now needs to work and link to QNTC port documentation. I'm hoping that's enough. If not, I'll fall back to your wireshark idea.
