Let's start here. Maybe you're doing too much work because you're not
familiar with what you're trying to accomplish.

Why do you want to export the certificate? Do you mean the CAs so that
platforms making calls to your system won't get a "not trusted" error?

Please give details on why you think you need to do this.

(Yes, you would need to do this if you're using a self-signed certificate
if the clients can't ignore a not trusted error, but I want to see where
your thinking is at. :) )
