I was trying open my ACS HMC Console session.
I could see it open for a split second to a black screen but then fail and
close.
Tried several times, same issue.

Normal ACS sessions working fine.

I decided to reboot my PC.
Resolved the issue.

What service on the PC could I have looked for that maybe needed to be
ended to resolve the issue.

Thank You
