Yep. Port 992 connects with Mocha or Putty.
Port 22 connects with ssh, no problem.

I'm guessing it has something to do with the local certificate, but I'm
guessing.

Folks: (V7R3 reasonable PTF group)



We have a system where using Mocha or Putty to start a telnet session
on port 992 works great. ACS, not so much. Connection is always refused.
Before I call IBM, any thoughts about what to look at?
