note that HTTP API does allow for the use of a proxy server if you IBM i
doesn't have direct internet connectivity..

Also, there is a big difference between allowing the IBM i to reach out to
the internet and allowing access to the i from the internet.

If you were a bank or a government organization, I could maybe see the i
not being allowed to reach out.

But a lighting store?
