IMO, I would advise against fogging a computer room in general. The
residue will probably remain on components and cause who know what
kind of long term problems.

I am not an expert, but I would suggest that if a computer room has to
be sanitized, it should be done with a wipedown method only.

That way the internals of the system will not be affected.

After the wipedown, limit access to the computer room for a period of
time to allow any potential biological contaminants to expire.
