I've experienced the same issue with various browsers.
Sometimes, rebooting the PC and/or clearing the cache might resolve the
issue.

Unfortunately I don't have any tips for resolving the issue. Just empathy
because this type of behavior seems to pretty common in Navigator. I
sometimes think that IBM doesn't know how to make reliable web interfaces.
