Did you start and stop it after deploying? If you go to manage appliaction servers and then view logs, do the logs point out anything obvious?

to create a new application server, and deploy it. I'm on 7.3, and the screens didn't exactly match up, but I was able to figure everything out. I set the port to 2060 and now
