There are several local user groups - QUSER here in the Twin Cities, WMCPA in Wisconsin, there is a New England group - the COMMON site has a list -

one thing to add: the local common user groups are glad to help anyone not being able to write an RFE (maybe someone has an idea but does not find the right words).

Here in Germany response to COMMON initiated call for RFEs is rather low, but customers directly send in notes and ideas by mail.

Great to have the RFE process as a central point for *i*mprovement.
