I just found that they are using ALWOBJDIF but that doesn't really matter
because the library is cleared before the restore so there are no objects to
have differences.
The issue is that the RSTOBJ is changing the owner of some objects to
QDFTOWN (guessing the owner does not exist but I haven't looked into it) and
that is causing the message X security or data format changes occurred
followed by the CPF3773 with 0 object not restored.
