Try to do a: *CHGJOB CCSID(37)* before calling your program. RPG need to
know how to convert the ASCII based chars into to your EBCDIC environment -
however your job is running in "I don't know mode" aka. the ccsid is not
set is the value of 65535. So determin you ccsid according to your country.
Here in denmark the ccsid is 277 so my ccsid is set like this: CHGJOB
CCSID(277) . You can also do that on your user profile by CHGUSRPRF.
