The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

The function allows dynamic precision and scale. They are Inputs.
DCL-S FLD2 VARCHAR(128);
DCL-S fld1 CHAR(7);
Dcl-s x Int(5);
Dcl-s Y Int(5);
You pass your string.
fld1 = '002632J';
x = 7;
y = 2;
FLD2 = UTL_FMTNUMFORDEC(fld1: x: y :*ON:*OFF);
And you get this out as a String: "26.32-"
