i think they will understand as its the same principle...

There's several methods of getting user names, also FTP uses the same routines.
Just hope they will provide a solution somewhen...

My other comment was another common hack to get a list of users. If IBM cannot block that second hack due to technical reasons, how much time should they spend on tightening WRKLNK to stop showing you users in '/home/*'?
