The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

I'm at 7.3 with PTFs current as-of 01 Feb 2020. I've asked about Windows Updates, but they haven't answered yet.
IBM looked at the PC traces (ProcMon & Wireshark) and stated beyond a reasonable doubt that this is a Windows problem.
