looks like for V5R4 that SI44327 was the latest PTF for object connect
and SI41115 for V6r1

I have setup APPC devices and controllers between a v5r4 and v6r1 box, with SECURELOC(*NO) on the APPC device on both systems.

I can successfully do a SAVRSTOBJ from v6r1 to v5r4.

When I attempt SAVRSTOBJ from v5r4 to v6r1, it fails with SNA sense code x'080F6051'.

Research on that showed

"080F    End User or LU Not Authorized:  The requesting
end user or LU does not have the proper secu-
rity authorization to access the requested
                  resource.

6051    Access Security Information Invalid:  The
                 request specifies an Access Security
Information field that is unacceptable to
the receiver; for security reasons, no
further detail on the error is provided.
This sense data is sent in FMH-7 or
                 UNBIND."

Since I have SECURELOC(*NO) specifed on both systems, I kept looking, and found this from Chuck Pence:

"If your source and target machines are at different release levels, then
there could be PTFs that must be applied to the target machines to make
  Object Connect work.

The Memo to users for your source systems release level identifies which
PTF's you need for your target system(s)"

I looked at the MTU for v6r1 and I don't see anything about ObjectConnect, SNA, or SAVRSTOBJ. Where else can I look?
