We could add some code to select it when the client IP address does not
match for a given user profile too.

The audit journal will give you the sign on user/time/date/IP address. Log
ins with the same user profile and different IP addresses would be the first
place I would look.
You might be able to pull that out of the history log too, I just us the
audit log normally.
