Is anyone running ACS on Linux, or more specifically on CentOS 8?

I recently took the dive into the Linux desktop world and installed CentOS 8 in a VM. This VM is primarily for remote work on customers systems. So far I have everything I need working including multiple VPNs, Access Client Solutions, FTP, Chrome and Firefox.

One function I use a lot in ACS is the Copy and Copy/Append function on the 5250 emulator. This copies the screen as text and I paste this into Word or Excel for documentation purposes. Well I can’t get it to work on my Linux VM. I copy copy/paste from other applications within ACS such as emulator configuration screens, just not from the screen shot.

I’ve opened a PMR but wanted to see is anyone else is running ACS under Linux and if this function works for them?

Thanks

Steve Pavlicheki
