Like someone just replied to James when they should have been replying to the OP. Not dinging him, just using him as an example.

Some threads do seem to drag on, or when I return from a few days away, I'll sort by subject, catch the OP and then decide whether to pursue further.

Sounds a little like looking at it from https://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l/202001/ but with the capability to reply.
