Back when we were using physical tapes we were using Iron Mountain to courier and store tapes. This was a lot of manual labor we removed. And the ONE time we rushed a tape outside of the normal rotation took days as they delivered it to the wrong building (actually an unrelated company) and it took awhile to track down.
