You're looking at remote_system_name and not remote_printer_queue, right?
They really muffed up the 7.4 documentation.
Go to:
https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/ssw_ibm_i_73/rzajq/rzajqviewoutqinfo.htm
and pull down 7.4 from "Change version or product" and watch the columns disappear...
But basically this should be functional at 7.3. So, yes, open a case. I don't have any LPARs still running 7.3.
