So it does! I was expanding Database and going to All Tasks and Health and
Performance then going under Index Advisor and looking for a way to clear
them.

Open Database
Then click on Databases beneath that, This will open a tab.

In there select the database name for your system (Check the box)
Now pull down the Actions menu (on the top) and hover over
Index
Advisor and then on the right of that in the sub-menu:
"Clear all advised Indexes.)
