You could look to see if there are published algorithms for Windows systems and (based on my experience) take about 20% of that number!

Hi all,

Do any of you know of any algorithm that I could use to determine
(roughly) the support staffing needs of a company using the i? I know the
total number of tickets per year (1023), further, I know how many are level
1 & 2 production support issues (307) and have the breakdown of the
remaining 70% - 358 simple, 179 medium ande 179 complex.

Based on the above information do any of you have any idea how I
should go about determining the support staffing needs/
