As always, thank you in advance to anyone who is able to provide assistance.
My task is this – to determine the usage of a given object (program or any other type). The usage needs to tie to the specific user profile accessing the object.
Basically, I am trying to say that in Library ABC, that Program DEF has been used 25 times this week, by 13 different distinct user profiles, and here is the list of the days/times/user profile when accessed. This is more than simply the object’s last used date or its days used – it is at the granularity of “who” is using/accessing the object.
It appears that the added Authority Collection Feature (in 7.3) may be getting close, but, alas, we are also still running 7.2 so that is an eliminating factor. However, if this feature would support the request, I am still interested in anyone’s successful use of the new feature.
Okay, so there you have it. I am hoping someone has had to support a request like this before and can suggest a successful method.
