I've used a java tool with some success to upload data to OneDrive.
If you mean an Azure compute instance: Depends on the service. Maybe FTP
or SFTP can work, depends on the target OS and configuration

If you mean Azure drive, that may be something I could add to the suite
Microsoft Products as I would think it's similar. May even use the SameCOPY
OAuth 2.0 portion which would make things even easier.
