Use LABEL ON TABLE or COMMENT ON TABLE instead.

Is there a way in SQL to put a text description on an SQL view - via SQL.
I cannot get 'LABEL ON VIEW' to work. I don't see it in the manual.
Seems like an obvious function to have.
