RE: FTP GET with Append -- MIDRANGE-L

APPEND seems to only be for the remote system, not the local system.
I am attempting to GET data from an FTP server and load it to a local file on my client IBMi. And I want to append data to my local file.
I don't think I am misreading the manual. (But it has happened many times before)
