Thanks George, as I stated in my last reply to Rob. B. I didn't see the
Printer Output window so I had no menu (or Ctl-F) to work with.

Problem solved. I finally was able to access the Filters screen (although
unfortunately I can't recall how I did it as it was accident) for the
Printer Output and remove the specific job information.
