Thanks George, as I stated in my last reply to Rob. B. I didn't see the
Printer Output window so I had no menu (or Ctl-F) to work with.

On the menu use Edit/Filter and use the Reset Button on the bottom of the

Problem solved. I finally was able to access the Filters screen (although
unfortunately I can't recall how I did it as it was accident) for the
Printer Output and remove the specific job information.

Hi all, has anyone else had this problem?

Yesterday I filtered the output for a specific user and specific job.
Today that job no longer exists and when I attempt to open Printer
Output I
get an error window....

MSGGEN001 - The function did not complete successfully. (CPF3342 Job
123456/USER/USERJOB not found).

I tried searching for this error on Google but couldn't find anything
related to Printer Output.

I get the message right away so I can't change the filter. This means I
can not use Printer Output from my session.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Rob
