Yeah, the description of the PTF says there are limits - like if F8 is already defined for a screen - but in Work with... PDM screens, I don't think F8 is defined in CALL QCMD, but the thing works there - probably this needs some refinement - but I do like it in CALL QCMD.

PTFs can be applied immediate. You do need to sign off and back on for
