It's also misleading calling it an INZPFM since the member is NOT being
initialized. That's what initially (no pun intended) alarmed me. It is a
record being initialized.

initialized RRN by another job.

IZ RRN 1234 Job 1
PT RRN 1235 Job 1
PX RRN 1234 Job 2
