I am following the article at:
https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/remote-command-execution-ibm-i-microsoft-windows-open-sshd
and we used two pair of eyes to verify that we followed this carefully.
Only difference was when we ran ssh-keygen we changed the file name from the default of id_rsa to id_rsa_user
However I keep getting prompted for the password.
