You could upgrade the less used and put it through some testing and then
monitor your less used activity on it.

I have two DD2500's. Different data centers. One is used much more than
the other. Do I upgrade the one used more that is in my building, or do I
upgrade the less used one that is out of state but a not unreasonable drive?

Rob, running DD4500 with the latest code with no issues. If you have a
separate environment where you can install it first and test it out I would
do that to ensure you have no issues.

Not planning on doing this until IBM resolves my case as I don't want
to put too many fingers into the pie at this time. However at some
time I'm thinking it might be a good idea to upgrade firmware on my
EMC DD2500 media library (vtl).
I last upgraded 2018-10-04 to 6.1.2.10-603959. Thinking of upgrading
to 6.2.0.35. Any known issues?
