As has been pointed out before - there is no ENCRYPT function in RPGLE. You posted a link to a different product. You were pointed to the SQL encrypt function. If you need to use it in RPGLE, then you will need to use it as embedded sql.

I am still getting the same error eveni f I remove /free and make that t2 in small letters and same error keeps on populating again and again:-
