You're welcome, you've always been a great help when I and others are
stumped.

Let me know. I'm pretty sure now it's just that you *don't have a CA cert
in your enabled collection that matches any CA cert *in the chain for the
target site.

Since we're sitting on our thumbs at this time waiting for IBM to analyze
some traces, and he is at his home office setup, he has graciously offered
to take over for now.
