Upgraded the last remaining 7.3 lpar on our Power 8 to 7.4 early this week.
Upgraded five lpars from 7.3 to 7.4 on one Power 9 mid week.
Upgraded five more lpars on a different Power 9 over the weekend.
15 lpars at 7.4

Only issue was on one lpar on the first Power 9 the after upgrade BRMS full system save failed. Opened sev 1 ticket. Expired the tapes. IPLed the system yet again as it had already been IPLd to apply all current groups. Reran the save. Completed normally.

One lpar on the second Power 9 gave us the same grief. But it was more obstinate. The second IPL didn't make a difference. I ran a RCLSTG and then it worked fine.

According to IBM this seems to be a common issue and I have been added to the "CPS".
